The purpose of this machine is to bridge generations. We are all late 40's + who loved ColecoVision, but we now have kids and grandkids who love modern video games. We are not looking to recreate the exact experience of the classic console, but why not have a machine that brings back memories, lets the newer generations get a feel for what we enjoyed while giving them something that fits their generations better. We will be developing new content for the ColecoVision platform that will be available on this console as well as modern content for the younger generations to enjoy. In addition to the 1,000's of games already available. This may not be for you, and that's ok : )
